After discovering yoga eight years ago, and practising intensively for four year, I completed in 2016 my Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (200h) and my Yin & Yang Yoga Certification (50h), and have had the privilege of teaching since then.
My teaching style is very influenced by Ashtanga Yoga. Therefore, my Vinyasa classes are quite vigorous, practiced with the Ujjayi breathing, focused on connecting the movement with the breathe. I give some physical assist (hands-on) to the students who wishes it, too deepen their practice and help them understand the alignment in each pose.
During the past years, I also participated in different workshop and classes about body control, flexibility and usable ranges of motion, and have started to practice partner acrobatic on the side. I enjoy bringing some elements of these different areas to my classes, to help the students go deeper and safer into their journey with their bodies.
